Thirty-eight year old Sienna has struggled to love herself just about her whole life. Then she settled with a man who then struggled to love her enough. When he rolls out and she’s left alone, and her only friend has a not-so-friendly agenda.
So, imagine her surprise when the contractors she’s hired to do renovations on her home show up and the gorgeous 23-year-old carpenter, Jace, is interested in her.
Jace has had a rough life. His struggles are different than Sienna’s but no less consuming. But what’s most inspiring about Jace is his outlook on life. For being so young, his soul is so wise. He opens Sienna’s mind to all of the things she never knew she could be.
There is so much love, strength, healing and growth that both of these characters go through.
My heart pounded and fluttered and broke at least a dozen times while reading this story.
I loved this beautiful love story.
