I've been meaning to read this author for some time and absolutely loved this amusing, fiery, sexy story!

"Then she parted her lips and looked at me with those big golden-green eyes and I lost my f*cking mind...I stole her lips, taking everything I wanted, just f*cking taking it all."

Sebastian Stremmel and Sara Shapiro DO NOT get on. They don't like each other. They constantly rub each other up the wrong way. One disagreement ends up with them having conflict resolution counselling together. Eight weeks of snippy back-and-forth, not-quite-team-building exercises, and hot, throw-down hate sex! Neither knows where this is all going, and neither is quite prepared for it to be beyond anything other than an enemies-with-benefits arrangement. However, at some point, something has to give.

Oh my gosh! I adored this story! It was funny, spiky, and so deliciously steamy! I loved the dynamic between Sebastian and Sara. Their repartee was sparkling and smart, their sizzling resentment-fuelled chemistry was combustible, and when we got to their tender feelings, I wanted them to be together in body, heart and soul, so freakin' much! I adored how Sebastian really saw Sara. I loved the way he pushed her buttons and how he delighted in her feisty temperament. He made her feel beautiful and precious and seen. His words to her made me swoon and laugh at the same time. Sara was prickly but brilliant at her job. She had a ton of issues and her guard was high. I loved how she got to know Sebastian and realised that a lot of his scowly, growly demeanour was misunderstood. They were made for each other! This was such an amazing story and I need to to find time to read this author's back catalogue.
