Luciana Ortega-Whitlock doesn't date. She's focused on her sport, which is her ticket to college. Beckett Savage didn't make a very good impression on her when they met at age 13 and he nearly ruined her scholarship at the exclusive academy they both attend. Now they're in their senior year, Beckett is done waiting, and Luciana is about to find out that everything she thought was true about Beckett is not at all how it seems!

Gah! I loved this story so much. Both Luciana and Beckett had their issues, but I loved what they found in each other. Beckett's patience astounded me. I adored that being a popular guy, he was awkward with her, but he always had her best interests at heart. I hated what had happened to him, but I love that he had saved himself for her. His devotion to her was swoonworthy! He totally melted my heart. Luciana was a tough little cookie with a gooey heart. I adored that she gave Beckett a chance and, in doing so, found something incredible with him. This story was so engaging - I loved the banter, the friendships, and the love! So looking forward to the rest of this series!
