Initially, I struggled with this book. I couldn't get invested in Auggie or Charlotte. I just wasn't in the mood for their capers, pettiness, and constant disagreements. Charlotte is definitely a 'Nut Job' because she was impulsive and pretty crazy. Auggie was sweet and his heart was in the right place. However, once they put aside their squabbles and hatched a plan to solve both their big problems, they got on really well and had blazing hot chemistry!! Their time together was ridiculous fun, sexy AF, and feel-good. I enjoyed their optimism and some of their exchanges even pulled at my heartstrings.
Overall, a slow start for me but once they got going, they really revved my engine, and I was rooting for them all the way.
