This is the first book I have read by Jacqui Rose, but she will definitely be going on my list of authors to keep an eye on.
This book really hooked you into the story from the very beginning, drawing you into the story. The characters were well developed and the story was fast-paced, full of suspense.
This is such a hard review for me to write without spoilers; the story is about Bree, who is trying to escape her life with her controlling husband and her mother in law. You cannot help but feel so sorry for Bree and really feel for what she is going through.
An addictive page-turner, a must-read for fans of this genre.
