RELEASE BLITZ & REVIEW: Garnet Flats by Devney Perry
Garnet Flats by Devney Perry is now live!
Talia Eden loved Foster Madden for one year, two months and eleven days. It was on day 438 that her love died. The day he chose to marry her best friend. The day she vowed never to think of Foster again.
Until years later when he has the audacity to show up in her small hometown of Quincy, begging for her help.
The ink on his divorce papers is barely dry, yet he comes armed with apologies and promises. She knows it's all a ploy. Foster is the king of games and secrets. But he's got delusions the size of Montana if he thinks she'll help him train for a world championship fight.
Except Talia has forgotten exactly what made Foster famous. The man has dedicated his life to victory. He's steadfast. He's determined. And he won't stop fighting until he's won her heart.
Caroline's Review 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
In my eyes, this author can do no wrong!
"You're the biggest fight of my life."
Talia Eden is shocked to the core to find her ex, UFC superstar Foster Madden, standing in the lobby of Quincy Memorial, where she's a resident doctor. However, avoiding him is not an option for long as he finally tracks her down to tell her he's moving to her town. It's been seven years since he broke her heart and all signs show that he's determined to win her back.
"What we had wasn't the type of connection that went away with time. This was the spark that lasted a lifetime."
Gaahhh! This series is so amazing and this story fits right in there. Talia and Foster had a once-in-a-lifetime connection. The chemistry and zing between them was electric and undeniable. My heart hurt so bad for everything that had happened to tear them apart. I felt so helpless for Foster when he explained why he broke her heart. The man was so very much in love with her, and I loved his dogged determination to win her back. He was uprooting his entire life for a chance of forever with her. I really liked Talia - she was such a good person. She had issues at work that she kept to herself, but I felt sorry for her self-doubt. However, even in the face of viciousness, she remained kind and empathetic. The love between them burned bright and their joy was leaping off the page. Loved this story so hard!
