Blakely and Asher started off as childhood friends and eventually became lovers. Not just lovers, but each other’s worlds. Until one day Asher had to leave and broke every promise that he made to Blakely. It took years for B to get a hold of her life again. Eventually she found that with Tyler. She was determined to be happy and move on. After all, she wasn't the one who ran off for six years without a peep. Now, Asher is back and it's conveniently just weeks before she's to marry another man.

He says his feelings haven't changed, all the while she's determined to deny hers. But we all know that at some point the truth always rears its ugly head. The last thing she wants to do is hurt anyone, so she's going to play it safe. At least that's what she thinks anyway.

I liked this book. I love a second-chance romance. I found myself a bit irritated with Blakely sometimes and all of the mixed signals she was throwing around, but overall it wasn't enough to turn me off completely. My heart broke for Tyler, I don't like when there's a love triangle and both men are amazing. I need one to be a bit douchey to ease my conscience on making my decision. LOL

At the end of the day, I quite enjoyed this story :)
