What a fab read!

Jaxson Cassidy is licking his wounds with a dream job. Unfortunately, a night with a sexy stranger seriously jeopardises his first major shot at career success. Tired of always being the good, sensitive guy who gets walked over, he decides that it's time to be less forgiving and more demanding. For whatever reason, Sadie Banks brings that out of him. She affects him like no other.
"With her, I felt like a savage. I wanted to be savage."
This was a fab, super hot story set in beautiful surroundings! I thoroughly enjoyed the sizzling connection between Jaxson and Sadie. Jaxson is by nature such a good guy but, my goodness, he was a dirty-mouthed alpha underneath! I felt so bad for Sadie. She was stuck between a rock and hard place, and the only thing she really knows what to do is run. Run from her past, from her troubles, and from love. My heart ached for Sadie and, in spite of his intentions to the contrary, something about her called to Jaxson and brought out his protective, alpha instincts.
I really enjoyed the storyline - it was sexy, exciting, suspenseful, and tugged at my heartstrings. A fab read!
