When Henley Cree goes banging on her neighbour's door, she doesn't realise that she's meeting her destiny. A destiny that comes to fruition in the most unusual way...and loaded with a ton of baggage.

"It wouldn't do to tell her that she was getting on my every nerve - those nerves not doing anything but turning me on even more."

When Rhys Rivera meets his new neighbour, he's immediately intrigued by her. However, he doesn't properly meet her until some weeks later and, by then, everyone thinks she's his fiancee. When he puts a proposition to her, it seems too good to be true but it's certainly life-changing. 

"What if I was born for you, and you were put onto this earth especially for me?"

I love this author's books because they are fun to read, fast paced, amusing, and really quite sweet, as well as sexy. Rhys is a big bear of a guy but a real softie underneath. I loved how well he understood Henley so quickly and how perceptive he was to her needs. Henley is a sweetheart! She's very practical, and fierce and brave when she needs to be. A thoroughly enjoyable read!
