Scarlet Cooper is from the wrong side of the tracks, so to speak. Dad ran out on the family, she was then a high school dropout taking care of her younger siblings because of her crackhead mom. As she got older, she found a new, easy way to make money. Conning married men out of money, or just stealing it outright. Yeah, I know. SKEEZER! Eventually, her dad came back, got sick and her sister went to jail. She’s once again left to take care of everyone, so she takes on another nanny gig thinking it’ll be as fruitful as the last.
Wrong.
Weston Dawson, single dad, hot cop. Wowza. Scarlet was definitely NOT expecting him to greet her on the steps of her new job. Wes is still married even though his wife is a total loser and bailed when his son was just a brand new baby love. He hasn’t seen her in over three years but hasn’t felt the need to end things just yet.
