Oh, I was so looking forward to Leo's story and the author did not disappoint!

Leo Miles hides himself away on his family winery estate never venturing across the boundary lines into the world beyond Salishan. Scarred inside and outside, his main solace is Gigz, his female gamer friend who he has been playing online with for years. He's never met her face to face nor does he know who she is in real life. Until, one day, he recognises her voice during a wedding at the winery. Seeing her turns his world upside down.

Hannah Tate is stuck in a tense relationship that's been over for months. However, she doesn't know how to escape. One blow up results in her coming face to face with the mystery stranger she saw at a recent wedding - only to discover that he's her online gamer friend.

This was a fantastic story! Leo and Hannah were made for each other. I loved how Leo's feelings for Hannah pushes him out of his comfort zone and makes him behave in ways that felt beyond him before he knew her. My heart broke for him as he battled against his fears. Hannah was so caring and patient with him, and I admired how she gently forced him into moving their friendship into new territory. Both were broken people but I loved the joy and happiness they found in each other. Their sexual connection was off the charts! I adored Hannah's trust in him and the way Leo's confidence grew - indeed, he was pretty fierce and commanding in the bedroom. He was in the dark for so long and Hannah breathed new life into his existence. Loved this book so much!
