Another fab read from this author to complete the Everest brothers trilogy.

Bennett Everest is on a mission in Paris with a view to closing a lucrative business deal. However, when he meets the target, he never expects to be attracted to her, nor to have an instant rapport with her. She's stunning and mysterious, and he's loathe to tell her why he's really in Paris.

"Light equals hope. I need light in this dark time of my life. Who knew I'd find it in an American in Paris?"

Winter Nobleman is trapped in Paris with dangerous secrets. Bennett is temptation that she can't afford yet she finds it so difficult to turn away from the glimpse of happiness he represents. But, at what cost?

"I curl into him, molding myself to his body wanting to sink into his arms, his heart, his life, his world."

I loved the romance and banter between Bennett and Winter - it was beautifully written. There were elements of mystery, suspense and danger that made this an exciting read. Bennett was gorgeous, charming and so protective! I adored him. Winter was something of a martyr but she could be frustratingly stubborn and her actions lead to dangerous consequences. I loved the family dynamics of the Everest family - the brothers and their wives share such a close bond. A fab all-round read.
