The shocking new thriller
from the #1 bestselling author

She wants your life – and she’ll do anything to get it…

Erica has always wanted to be exactly like her neighbour, Faye: beautiful, thin, and a mother. But Faye’s life isn’t as perfect as it seems – she has a terrible secret, and slowly but surely, it is threatening to destroy her and everything she holds dear.

When Faye’s daughter Tamsin goes missing after school, the police turn to Erica. But is Erica the only one who has been enviously watching Faye? Or is there another threat hiding in the shadows…?

An unsettling, claustrophobic thriller about jealousy, greed and desire from Sunday Times bestseller Amanda Robson.

Claire's Review ⭐⭐⭐

After reading the blurb for this one I was intrigued and couldn't wait to get my hands on this story.

Envy is a story about Erica; a person with issues from her past and who is overweight. Erica develops an obsession with her next-door neighbour Faye, a beautiful and skinny model, but as we all know, looks can be deceiving.

I did enjoy this book, it is your typical psychological thriller. the story was good, and the characters believable, but I just found it didn't have the 'wow' factor it could have. That's not to say it isn't a good read, as it most definitely was but for me, it was just missing something.

All I can advise is to give it a go for yourself if you enjoy this genre.
