This story was SOOOO GOOD! It was so well-written and completely absorbed me. I love the town of Meade Lake - the author paints it as idyllic and close-knit. Derrick is a hero to die for! He's beautiful inside and out, so caring, so thoughtful, and protective. I adored him! Kaylee was such a good person. Her upbringing didn't spoil the person she was inside - she had her own set of values and ideals and I loved that about her. She and Derrick was so well-matched. They had chemistry for days, great banter, and just clicked from the first moment they met. Their romantic connection was so gorgeous! I also loved all the side characters and can't wait for the next book in this series. Thoroughly recommend it!

Meet Taylor Danae Colbert
Taylor has been writing since the tender age of seven, when her mother bought her her first typewriter.
Once she finished her first work, a tall tale about a girl with hair that grew too fast, her father told her she should be published. And so, her lifelong dream of becoming a published writer was born.
Taylor never thought of herself as a romance writer, but it turns out, she loves love.
When she's not chasing her kids, watching Impractical Jokers with her husband, running, or playing around with her two pups, she's probably under her favorite blanket, either writing a book, or reading one.
Taylor lives in Maryland, where she was born and raised.
