Loved Mane and Nydia’s second chance story!

Manelik Cantú has no choice but to return to Luna Harbour to help with his family’s businesses. As always, his band sticks together and they’ve all moved to the small town to help him out. The overachiever Lang manages to score them a large enough house for them to rent for the duration of their stay – it so happens to belong to his ex-girlfriend, Nydia Vega-Knapp – the girl who broke his heart.

Nydia is just about keeping her head above water. She’s keeping secrets from the town about her past and her present situation. Secrets that Mane is determined to uncover as he realises that Nydia has always been and always will be the one for him. However, they have a heap of baggage to unpack before they can move forward.
”I’ll take your pain, your sadness, your everything, as long as it’s yours and you let me love you.”
This was a fab story! There was fun banter between Mane and his brothers and bandmates. There was hot, undeniable chemistry with Nydia, and some heartwrenching revelations that brought a tear to my eye. Nydia was pretty stubborn at keeping Mane at arm’s length and determined to keep on hating him. Something major had happened to split them apart but both had a different point of view on it – I was all agog to find out what had occurred and, honest to God, it was heartbreaking! I loved Mane’s determination to overcome their history and get them back together. I adored his brotherhood with his bandmates and how they always had each other’s backs. I thoroughly enjoyed this first full novel in this new series and I can’t wait to return to Luna Harbour!
