Andrew Blake is the worst boss ever! When Sofia Rossi's roommate finally walks out of her job, Sofia muscles her way into Andrew's office and life. She desperately needs money and he needs an assistant who won't quit. Sofia might be a tough New Yorker who grew up with very little, but even she starts to wonder if she's bitten off more than she can chew by working for the taciturn and downright rude boss. However, he is a revelation when they bump into each other in a bar close to work.

Gah! I adored this story! Their chemistry was off-the-scale and their intimate scenes were hella hot! Andrew was so focused on his work and stringent about not crossing lines, but once he'd seen Sofia as more than just another 'loaf of bread' in the office, he couldn't unsee her as the beautiful, alluring woman that she was. I loved Sofia's personality. She had a ton of chutzpah. I loved her sass, her honesty, her determination. Such an addictive read and thoroughly recommend!
