Claire's Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow! This book was a shock for me and completely different from what I had in my head before I began reading. What I never expected was such an emotional journey.

This is the story of Nicola, who is looking after her dying Grandmother. The last words she whispers to Nicola are that 'there are babies at the bottom of the garden'.

After Nicola's daughter finds a bone when playing at the bottom of the garden, it appears there was something more sinister than first thought about those whispered words.

This book is emotional, raw and heartbreaking. However, the subject matter is dealt with in a very sensitive way. A very thought-provoking read, and I am not ashamed to admit that I did shed a few tears.

Highly recommended read.
