Loved this! These stories are easy to read, intriguing, heartwarming, sexy and always surprising. 

"A flaming hot man that I knew that I should stay away from." 

Sierra started exchanging letters with Gabriel, a deployed soldier, when she was still in high school and carried on after she left. Until, one day, the letters suddenly stopped arriving. She never forgot him. Two years later, her life is about to change dramatically, and she finally receives a new letter from Gabriel. Imagine her surprise when he turns out to be someone very close to home. 

"We didn't need words as I kissed her. We didn't need to say anything, because this was honestly a long time coming." 

I just adored this story! Sierra is funny, sweet, caring and determined. Malachi/Gabriel is a lone wolf but essentially lonely, I think. He's struggling to deal with his past traumas but I loved how Sierra gave him new purpose and calmed his demons. Their chemistry was palpable and I loved his all-compassing desire to take care of her forever. A fab story!
