When an opportunity to get out of the hellhole known as prison arises and the only thing he has to do is join a motorcycle club and sign some of his free time away to help those less fortunate, he jumps at the chance.

Not only because he’s ready to get the hell out of prison, but because he’s ready to meet the woman that he’s been falling for, one visit a week, for the last three years.

This might be my favourite book of the series so far! I adored Hunt and Wyett.

”Over the last few years, I’d realized a few things rather quick. One, I didn’t want to let her go. Two, I didn’t think she would let go, either.”

Hunt McJimspey is captivated by Wyett Villin from the moment he pulls her eyelashes, and he sets about killing two birds with one stone by luring her into an arrangement. On the eve of his incarceration, they get married for convenience and thus begins an odd relationship, as they sporadically meet and learn about one another, and all the while start to get attached. When Hunt gets a chance to leave prison, he strives to get Wyett to fall in love with him.

”I’d had no clue how much I would want him in my life. How much I would need him. How much I loved him.”

Wyett saw a very opportune advert that would help her escape her hellish life, never envisaging how much she’d come to care about her convenient and rarely-seen husband. However, little does she realise how much he’d do to make her happy and keep her safe.

This was such a fab story! I just loved Hunt and Wyett so much. They thoroughly belonged together. Hunt might be a hacker but his heart is always in the right place – I love a keyboard vigilante! Wyett is stoic, sweet and caring. She and her bestie, Six, are hilarious together! They talk so much nonsense. LOL. Looking forward to Sin’s story.
