RELEASE BLITZ & REVIEW: Dear Grumpy Boss by Julia Wolf

Dear Grumpy Boss by Julia Wolf is now live!

I've spent the better part of the last few years successfully avoiding my brother's best friend, Weston Aldrich.

As CEO of Andes, Inc, the infuriatingly handsome and incessantly grumpy Weston also happens to be my new boss.

It shouldn't have been hard to continue avoiding him. After all, he's on the executive floor and I'm one of many copywriters.

Weston has his own ideas about how things should go between us. He's in my emails, leaving notes on my desk, and as if that's not enough, he arranges for me to accompany him on a business trip.

That leads to stolen touches, frenzied kisses, and the undeniable need to work each other out of our systems.

That always works, right?

Except now that I know what it feels like to have Weston Aldrich appreciate every inch of my abundant curves, avoiding him is impossible.

But he's my brother's best friend.

And a workaholic.

We have to stop.

And we will. Soon.

Just...not yet.

Caroline's Review
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was an addictive read!

"And just like old times, when Weston gave me the full force of his attention, something inside me blossomed, awakening a craving for more attention, more long looks, more Weston."

Weston Aldrich and Elise Levy were fire! Their chemistry was electric! There were good reasons why they couldn't be together, not least risking losing Weston's friendship with Elise's brother, Elliott. Then there was his first love - his company. However, having Elise back in his orbit after a three-year absence, as well as the fact that she froze him out when she was a teenager, he wanted their friendship back. She tried to keep him at arm's length, holding on to past hurts, but their connection and magnetic pull towards each other were impossible to ignore. When they finally stepped over the line, there was incredible passion, blatant need, and also humour. And, Weston! My goodness, that guy knew how to worship her. I thrilled at the potent desire he had for Elise. He made her feel beautiful and precious.

"When I see you, I want to eat you alive, spank you, suck your soft spots until I've marked every one of them."

Elise had a fair amount of emotional baggage and her instinct was always to run away. Weston's behaviour was born out of his own childhood experiences, which was detrimental to his love life. He was so used to behaving in a certain way that I was thrilled at his efforts to change for the sake of Elise, until he was truly tested. The love Weston felt for Elise was palpable and apparent in so many ways. From the platonic love he had for her when they were kids to the love that blossomed when she was older. He'd cared for and looked after her in so many ways - past and present - that it made my heart melt. I couldn't put this book down and my heart was full when I finished it.
