This was such a beautiful, sweet and sexy read! Utterly feel-good!

Simon Fletcher is single dad to cute and precocious Mia, who is his whole world. He's been badly burnt by love but has found contentment in the small town of Cliff's Edge, Nova Scotia. There's even someone who has caught his eye and tempting him back into dating. Amy McNeil is a free-spirited, kindhearted woman who's also been a little burnt by love. However, Simon perks her interest. A chance meeting at the grocery store leads to an impromptu lunch date, which then leads to a real date and more. These two fall fast and work to overcome their doubts at a second chance at true love.

This was such a feel-good read! There was low-angst and I practically had heart-eyes the whole way through. It wasn't just sweet and heartfelt, it was also seriously sexy! Oof! Simon and Mia were so hot together! 🔥 There was cuteness overload from Mia, and heartwarming goodness from the strong familial bonds that Simon has made with his ex-wife's brother, wife and children. Fab read!
