Leo, Leo, Leo! He was a prince masquerading as a monster. This final instalment of Leo and Haley's story was dark, dirty, desperate and so painfully tender.

"It's more than caring about her. It's survival. She's become the air I need to breathe."

Leo was demanding and commanding. His need for Haley was maddening yet the balm she provided for his pain and his soul was stunning and all-consuming. He reminded me of a wounded animal, almost feral and untamed in his hunger for her. The man behind the beastly reputation was noble and protective. He'd suffered so much for those he loved. This man completely owned me!!

"Leo Morelli has never once touched me like I was fragile and breakable. He has always touched me like I belonged to him."

Haley was submissive but she showed strength in her choice to yield to him. I loved her belief and faith in Leo, and my heartbeat hitched at her gentleness with him, and how it soothed and aroused him.

I thought their story was incredible and addictive - I felt so invested in their HEA, against all the odds and the power of the despicable Caroline Constantine! Just so freakin' amazing!!!
