Hamptons Heartbreak by Tara Leigh is now live!
One beach house.
Two months.
Countless lies.
What could go wrong?
It was supposed to be the perfect summer job.
Housesitting in the Hamptons.
And then he showed up.
Lance Welles.
Moody. Broody. Wealthy. Sexy.
And cocky. So damn cocky.
He'll let me stay for the summer.
But only if I pretend to be his girlfriend.
I agree. Why wouldn't I?
It's not like I'll fall in love.
The first time I saw Vivienne Radcliffe,
she was in a fire-engine-red bikini.
Setting fire to my house.
Well, not exactly my house.
The garden of my Hamptons estate.
She says the house is hers for the summer.
But it isn't long before I realize . . .
I want Vivienne to be mine forever.

Love seeing this author return to writing again and on form!
"I needed Lance to kiss me, to touch me, to soothe me. I've known this man for less than forty-eight hours, and I want him more than my next breath."
Vivienne Radcliffe has lost her boyfriend, her job and her home in one go. She's back in the Hamptons with the unsavoury prospect of moving back in with her parents. However, luck is on her side when her bestie proposes that she becomes the 'housekeeper' of a luxury summer house share in Southampton, while she plans what's next. When a gorgeous, Viking-esque stranger shows up at the house, he's the last thing she expected to plan for.
"I only knew that this gorgeous, sarcastic, irreverent girl was in my house, and I wanted her to stay."
Lance Welles is planning to stay in the house he's recently bought so he can be close to his friends and business partner for the summer. The last thing he expects to find is that his house appears to have been turned into a holiday pad for complete strangers, and a forthright, sexy woman bossing him around. With a little subterfuge, he ends up with a housemate for the summer, and with a proposal she can't refuse, he ends up in another kind of subterfuge. One that could cost them both their hearts.
"His eyes, though, are molten pools of intensity, locking onto mine in an electrified clash that singes the very fibers of my soul.""
I adored this story. I loved Vivienne. She was confident, sassy and sweet. I loved her manner, her creativity and her passion. I thought she was exactly what Lance needed in his life. A workaholic billionaire, Lance doesn't trust easily, but I loved how Vivienne got under his skin with her genuine, down-to-earth personality and her love of simple things. The two of them were FIRE!! Their chemistry was thrilling and palpable. I loved that sometimes, they didn't need words, they just seemed to understand each other, but fundamentally, they also just needed to put aside their personal demons and lay their feelings on the line. I enjoyed the push-and-pull of their relationship and adored the ending.
