I really enjoyed this story.

Poppy Williams and August Whitley had a no-strings arrangement, as the most important thing in August's life was hockey. When he decides to break things off with Poppy, she was fine with it until she found out she was pregnant and about to face life as a single mother.
"I want more of her. I want all of her, in every aspect of my life."
August feels like he made the right decision but he just couldn't let Poppy go. He was gutted when she quit her job in the bar, moved out of her apartment, and completely disappeared. Four months later, he's ready to give up looking for her when he finally sees her again, while he's on a date with a another girl. He's rocked to his core when he not only sees her again...but realises that she's pregnant. This time, he's determined to not mess things up and keep her in his life.

I thought this was a great story. An easy read and fairly low angst between the characters, although quite emotional in places. Poppy is strong and independent but I was glad that she gave August a chance. She was tough on him at some points but she had her own hangups to work through, too. August was desperate to have it all - hockey and a life with Poppy and their baby. He just needed to find the balance in juggling it all. They were sweet, tender and sexy together, and I loved the ending.
