RELEASE BLITZ & REVIEW: That Snowy Night by J.H. Croix

Release Date: December 8

A second chance for Christmas.

Delilah

I never thought I’d see Alex Blake again. Most certainly not on the side of a snowy highway in Alaska.

The memory of his summer kisses kept me warm on lonely nights for years. Life and geography got in the way.

When my car skids off the highway in the darkness in Alaska, I’m plenty bitter and I’ve lost all faith in fantasies.

I didn’t count on Alex, didn’t count on him setting me on fire, and most certainly not on him betting it all on us.

Alex

I never could forget Delilah Carter even though she was nothing more than a memory. Until I find her stranded on a snowy highway a few thousand miles away from where I last saw her.

The years don’t matter. This time, I get to make our wishes come true.

Caroline's Review

šŸŒŸšŸŒŸšŸŒŸšŸŒŸ

I love reading stories set in Alaska and this one was a fab, fairly quick read.

"I held her because that was all I wanted. Delilah in my arms. Exactly where she was supposed to be."

When a small accident leaves Delilah Carter stranded on the side of the road on a wintry Alaskan night, she never expects her knight-in-shining armour to be her teenage crush, Alex Blake. Turns out that they are heading to the same final destination! The chemistry between them sparks back to life almost immediately, spurred on by past memories and present day attraction. The author packed a lot into this short novel. It was sweet, sexy and heartwarming, as well as touching on some more serious subjects. The relationship between Delilah and Alex was kinda magical to follow, especially with Christmas as the background. Delilah is a tough cookie with a core of vulnerability and Alex was a gorgeous sweetheart and totally gone for her! Such a wonderful novel as they figure out how to make their relationship work. A fab read!
