This was a fab conclusion to Beck and Josie's story.
The story picks up from the first book as Josie is reeling with hurt and humiliation from Beck's betrayal, and he is full of remorse yet fighting for forgiveness.
"She was my blind spot, and I knew that she would be the thing that wrecked me. Her and her perfect lips and her sassy mouth."
This was a frustrating but addictive read, as Josie struggled with the push-and-pull for Beck. She was irresistibly drawn toward him. Her head kept telling her he was no good, but her heart and soul understood him and his motivations. Together, they were absolutely electric. Beck is an intrinsically good person who makes bad choices, driven by his emotions and his unwavering loyalty and love for those closest to him. I loved his desperate regret for what he'd done and his determination to win Josie round. I loved his blatant disregard for other people's thoughts and opinions because he just couldn't imagine his life without Josie in it. Their chemistry and connection was undeniable. They were pretty darn hot! As the story wound to its conclusion, the shocking revelation towards the end explained so much, and I hope to see more of Beck and Josie in the books to come.
