Another easy winner of a read from this author!

Trouper Aoki is a bad boy and Beckham Spurlock is a good girl. From the moment they meet, they just click. No matter how hard Beckham's cop father tries to keep them apart, they manage to develop a friendship all through their senior year. However, they both have plans and ambitions they want to fulfil - dreams that will take them in separate directions. Through the years, they stay in touch and stay true to one another. Just as their lives align and true happiness is in their grasp, it's brutally ripped away from them.

I LOVED Trouper and Beckham's story. I adored their devotion and faith in each another, as the years passed. Their journey was sweet, super sexy and made my heart ache. I loved Beckham's unrelenting campaign to stay as close as possible to Trouper when he was in prison, and also that, in spite of her father's protectiveness, she managed to follow her own path. She was determined and resourceful. Trouper was stoic, protective and pretty much putty in her hands. I loved them both so much!
