This was a heartwarming yet angsty end to the Luna Harbor series.

Iskander Cantu and Siobhan Walters started as a one-night stand that escalated into a work-colleagues-with-benefits arrangement...that went on for three years and has them living together and sleeping in the same bed every night. They were definitely not in a relationship. Denial at its best!! When a couple of circumstances has Iskander running scared back to NYC and Siobhan back to Chicago, they both have to start dealing with their truths and feelings.

Both Iskander and Siobhan carried a lot of emotional baggage from their childhood. The two of them were attracted to each other at first sight. Siobhan was recovering from a broken relationship and Iskander just avoided relationships. I loved their connection and off-the-charts chemistry. I believe they understood each other very well, even if they were both in denial about the depth of their arrangement. You can't practically live with someone for that long without having real feelings for them. There's a bit of behind-the-scenes happenings in this story, which we'll get to in this author's next set of releases, but I loved that the focus remained pretty much on Iskander and Siobhan's story and how they arrived at their HEA. As I said, it was a fab story to finish this series.
