This sequel was freakin’ PERFECTION! Matthew and Charlotte are PERFECTION! They are a real golden couple. Their love, their devotion, their sexual chemistry, their absolute rightness as a couple. I absolutely ADORED this novel.

Matthew is about to be sworn in as President of the United States, and Charlotte has cut herself off from him by spending two months in Europe. However, she was never going to miss his inauguration as POTUS, as she loves and believes in him so much.
“I’ll give you time to get used to all this, but I want to make it clear that you’re still mine. You never stopped being mine, and you never will.”
Even though Matt has now reached his goal and has a massive job ahead of him, his life is not complete without Charlotte and he’s determined to get her back – into the White House, into his life, by his side. Forever.

Gah! These two just make my heart MELT! They are two innately good people with a genuine passion for their country, and both striving to make a difference in the world.
They are incredibly sexy together but their mutual adoration and complete devotion to one another is truly heart-warming! They are so in sync and understand each other so well. I loved that Matt just wanted the world to know about them, but respected Charlotte so much that he let her set the pace of their relationship. However, let me tell you, I pretty much swooned when Matt finally told the world, in his super smooth public way, that he and Charlotte were a couple.
Without a shadow of a doubt, if you’ve read the first book, then this book is an absolute must-read and readers will not be disappointed with the author’s delivery.
She has quickly become a firm favourite of mine, as she has a fabulous way with words. This was such a dreamy book! ADORED it!
